  1. 1. Point the MX records at CyberCision

    It sits in front of the mail service your customer already runs, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and on-premises Exchange.

  2. 2. Every message is inspected, in and out

    Inbound mail is checked for spam, viruses, phishing, impersonation, lookalike domains and malicious links. Outbound mail is checked for sensitive data such as credit card numbers.

  3. 3. Administrators trace, replay and report

    Find any message, replay mail that was wrongly held, and send each audience the report it needs.

Catch the sender people actually see

Phishing often fakes the From address shown in the inbox, while the envelope sender that mail servers use looks harmless. Any CyberCision sender filter can now check the envelope sender, the From header, or either.

It is one setting on a standard filter policy. Put it in a filter template and it applies to every customer you manage.

Email security

Multi-layered filtering for inbound and outbound mail, built on Cisco email security technology. Every customer starts with default filters, and administrators can change them or add their own.

When a filter matches it can hold, discard, delay, release, redirect or copy the message, add a subject warning, strip attachments or mask text, and notify the sender, recipient or administrator.

Phishing, C-Level Impersonation, Cousin Domain lookalikes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, forged email, viruses, spam, and malicious or suspect URLs.

Reports your customers design themselves
Build report templates section by section, from the default or a clone of an existing one, and preview them with real data. Each template has its own recipients and goes out daily (weekends included), weekly or monthly. Existing offline reports moved across automatically.
Sender filters that check the From header
Choose whether a filter checks the envelope sender, the From address people see in their inbox, or either. It is a setting on a standard filter policy, and it works in filter templates.
A simpler Report Dashboard
Top-level numbers at a glance, with detail in the tabs. A new IP Reputation Blocked statistic shows roughly how many emails were blocked on sender reputation, on top of those your own filters caught.
Smaller changes
Mimetype filters accept wildcards such as image/*. The selected date range stays put when you move between reports. The delivery indicator is clearer when you investigate a message.
