FirstWave Acquires Silicon Valley's Saisei Networks Inc

FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT) announced the acquisition of 100% of Saisei Networks Inc., a Silicon Valley-based network automation software company.

Financial and Operational Details
FirstWave will issue 40,571,428 new shares as payment. The acquisition is expected to add approximately $AUD1 million to annual revenue. Approximately 75% of Saisei's revenue derives from North America and Latin America -- key growth markets for FirstWave.

Saisei CTO John Harper will remain with the company to support the intellectual property merger and continue playing an important role.
