About Danny Maher
Mr Maher, ING Bank and Allen & Buckeridge venture partners were the 100% owners of NetStar, which was acquired by Logicalis in 2010. At NetStar Mr. Maher built the Network Management business, founding it (together with Opmantek CTO Keith Sinclair) in Sydney, Australia and growing it to service clients in 42 countries. Named Australian CEO of the year in 2015 ahead of Alan Joyce (Qantas) and David Thodey (Telstra). 25 years experience in the IT industry – USA, Asia, UK and Australia.
About Iain Bartram
Iain has held several senior finance roles across different industries. He has significant experience in financial management, governance, and operations, particularly in listed technology companies. Before joining the company, he served as the CFO at another ASX listed company, contributing to its strategic direction and business growth.
About Sharon Hunneybell
Sharon Hunneybell is a former Opmantek executive who played a key role in technology strategy, commercial expansion and acquisition. She brings over 20 years of experience as a technology leader and business analyst, leveraging emerging technologies to deliver impactful enterprise solutions. Sharon was recognised by the AFR as one of Australia’s Top 100 Women of Influence in Technology and Innovation and is a member of the Queensland Government’s Innovation Advisory Council. She is also an Industry Fellow at Griffith University, where she focuses on the commercialisation of technology.
