FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT), the global cybersecurity technology company, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Opmantek Limited. The transaction received unanimous shareholder support, with Opmantek shareholders holding 100% of shares accepting the offer terms announced on November 29, 2021.

FirstWave Executive Chairman John Grant expressed satisfaction with the completion, stating: "this acquisition is transformative for FirstWave and its shareholders, it diversifies our revenues, helps us reduce our costs and provides us with access to the lucrative North America market."
